RETURNS
If you believe that goods you have purchased are defective please report this as soon as possible to our customer services. If the goods are within the manufacturer's guarantee period we will arrange to repair, replace or credit the goods as per the manufacturer's guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods in which case you should return them by post, as notified by us, and obtain a certificate of postage. Postage will be refunded if the returned item has a fault covered under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Should the inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then postage will not be refunded and a service/handling fee of £10.00 will apply.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Goods damaged or faulty must be reported within 24 hrs of receipt or Geds Fishing Tackle will not be held responsible whatsoever after this time period.

DELIVERIES ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY
We will try to despatch goods within 1-2 working days Goods will be despatched through our courier or Royal Mail sometimes to keep postage costs down to you and ourselves and a signature will sometimes be required

Although we will do our best to meet the above delivery times, they are subject to matters out of Geds Fishing Tackle.co.uk control, such as severe weather conditions, industrial action by delivery company staff, lost parcels, theft, etc. Every attempt will be made to get your order to you on time, however Geds Fishing Tackle.co.uk will not be held responsible for late arrivals.
PLEASE NOTE
We use some couriers who will require a signed delivery/collection. Parcels will not be left without a signature. Damaged parcels must be noted on delivery note with the courier as proof so we can replace the items as quickly as possible.
